Frequently Asked Questions: 

Q: When will my box ship?

A: If you ordered a single box, you can expect a shipment notification in approx. 1 week. If you ordered a subscription, each box will automatically ship 1 week after the site closes for that Fan Box.

Q: Can I purchase a box subscription in the middle of the season?

A: Box Subscription purchases will only be available through Box 6 on December 7, 2020. Each subscription purchase includes the box for the week of purchase + boxes for the rest of the season. For example, If you purchase a box subscription for Box 3, you will receive 6 total boxes throughout the season.

Q: What is included in each box?

A: Each box will include an apparel item along with 2 other Bills non-apparel items in a custom box

Q: Can I return or exchange any of the items in my box?

A: There are no returns or exchanges allowed on any items received in boxes unless items are damaged or sent incorrectly from your original order. If this is the case, please email info@billsfanbox.com
